New Hampshire Man Awarded $1.75 Million for Medical Malpractice

A man was injured in a car accident, had surgery to fix a broken leg, and wound up blind. He sued the doctors that treated him for medical malpractice and the juror found one of the doctors liable. They awarded the man $1.75 Million. Initial news reports of the verdict in the Union Leader and the Associated Press quoted Hinz's lawyer, Suzanne McDonough of Boston, saying Hinz's leg surgery...
