    A six-bed nursing home in Yakima, Washington has lost its license to operate following allegations of abuse from a resident. The nursing home abuse happened at Carol's Country Touch group home. State investigators charged the operator Carol Winters with physical and mental abuse of the residents. According to the state, Winters would raise her voice when residents weren't eating fast enough...
